Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place your Loop earplugs and all original packaging inside a secure shipping envelope or box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
